Ok, heres the thing. Everything is about to come to a head and very rapidly, I can sit idly by and watch it happen, like I always do, letting myself get hurt by it all... Again (Albeit this time I'll actually know whats happening and not sit and look dumbly round for a cause of it.) Or alternatively I can say something, probably not stopping things

IMHO... sit idly by and watch in happen (in your own words, of course). I can't tell you why I think you should do this... I just do.

Maybe, but then maybe it would end up worse for you in the long run. If, whatever it is, gets thrown back in your face, or laughed at - wouldn't that be more hurtful than just leaving it?

True enough I guess. Its over with anyway, i got a few calls on the way home from work that kinda explained everything.. and put me in a mind to kill the offending person who has been the centre of all of this I'll probably stick a decent update about it and the various shite thats been going on lately on here at some point when i can be arsed...
