I wish I could do a cartwheel. Right now, I wish that more than anything. They seem so carefree, cheerful and happy; as if performing one will imbue these feelings on the gymnast. Pity I can't do them.

..........No, definately cannot. And now my foot hurts. Stupid couch.

Actually, my cheeriness is certainly in effect. My french ISU is not due ( Read more... )

1. Vanda is the coolest person I know! ;) She plays the viola, and is lots of fun. (and good to giggle with!)
2. Anything by John Mayer (can we say obsession?), and Troy....even though I didn't go with you.
3. 7:15 am....oh the joys of early morning rehearsals
4. Bubbly....but in a good way
5. "Rachel, look up at the ceiling. Doesn't it look like a sword?" (one of many great moments)
6. ooh, tough one....umm...canary, don't know why
7. Why DO you like accounting?

I am, but those multiple choice questions.....

1. Joe, m'dear, you are the oddest mix of characteristics ever. Oh innocent, yet dirty one. ;)
2. Ummm...maybe "Cry Ophelia" (Hamlet reference, haha); and Pride and Prejudice. (You know why. Squirm!)
3. 2:14 am. ("Shit, why are we still talking?")
4. Squirm.
5. Ummm...definately the conversation that made me evil. Gloating!
6. Small dog. But not one of those really small ugly ones.
7. Hmm, I know so much about you already. Hmmm.....which do you prefer? *waggles eyebrows*

Hi, my name is Meredith. I don't know your name just from your LJ, but I used to go to GBC. I'm not from Canada ... but just interested in finding other GBCer's live journals. I'm 17 ...I quit going when I was a leader 1. Love to chat with you sometime! My journal is friends only, but I'll add you if you add me. :)

Hey! I'm Rachel. I think we need to have a long chat! As far as I know, there are no other GBCer's with LJ, but I'll ask around this summer. (I'm a counsellor this summer.) I'm 18. Does that mean you quit before Pacer year? Which session were you? (I'm a second sessioner.)

And I'll definately add you.

Awesome! Glad to meet you! My mom's a GBCer too. hehe. I wanted to be a counsellor...but Joc didn't want me even to do Pacer year, which is inappropriate in my book, but whatever. *rolls eyes* I went 3rd session from Voyager year thru Seeker year(1999-2002), and 2nd and 3rd Leader year (2003). Were you a pacer this past year (that would be summer '04)? (My age isn't quite on with the section I should be in, as the school cut of date is different in the states. I was almost 12 as a Voyo, almost 13 as a Pio, etc.) What's your last name? I have a feeling I might know you. *shrug* Dunno if you know me! haha, I'll try to keep in touch, and I'll be sure to add you!

Oh, one thing I forgot - do you have an AIM screenname/msn name? My email is mer_mer87@hotmail.com. Feel free to add me and IM me any time I'm on. Just be aware that we might miss each other a lot on the net, as my time zone is -3 hours from Toronto time. (I live about a 5 hour drive south of Vancouver in a city called Portland, in Oregon. People are always asking me how I found out about GBC! lol! I'll send you pictures once we start chatting and catch up.)
