A compliment, eh? I think your new tattoo is extremely attractive, and worthy of many compliments yet to come. I would also like to add that I did not protest your tattoo idea, I supported it. Hell, I was there!
Let's see...more compliments. You're one of the most intelligent people I know, you always recommend good books, you have good taste in music (you introduced me to Rufus, after all), you don't care what others think of you, you have good fashion sense (that's right, I said it), you're passionate about politics and you stand by your opinions, which I admire greatly, and...you're easy to talk to. I know that doesn't sounds like much, but when you're the younger of two sisters, you respect being able to talk to the elder. I love Jilly and all of her goodness.
Ahh yes, and last but not least- you make smoking cool.
