we are need to be out of here on the 1st of august

thats 37 days minus the 12 day vacation equals 25 days minus 4 days in the east to find a place minus 2 days of company this comes to 19 days to get the house packed, items sold, house made ready and rented..yea...wow

wow, that's not a lot of time. i got packed and out of my house in about 15 days but i didn't have to sell anything or rent the house before i left. you've got a lot of work ahead of you, but i know you can do it.
