Both come packaged in Maxis clothes. Millie comes with non-maxis hair, and Bertram is packaged with Seasons EP Maxis hair (sorry).
Bertram and Millicent Bales come from money. Cliched black sheep of the family, they moved away together to be happy losers. This is the worst background story ever. :D

In my game she is a Knowledge sim with her secondary aspiration as Pleasure and her LTW to be the best in the criminal career track. I, uh, don't remember her astrological sign. Don't know her exact points, but she is middling in all of them except for being a little higher in the grouchy department. Or lower in the nice department, depending on how you want to see it.
