I really liked the lavender pix, and then you got to the water--I love the first ones of her with the trees, and there is one with her skirt swirling about in the water--lovely!

OMG!! The ones with her on her belly in the long yellow grass are FANTASTIC in every way. Honestly, those were outstanding.

Yeah, that's one of the best TTDs I've seen, too. Very nice - and that's GREAT that it wasn't really even trashed! Wht a great idea for an anniv. present. :)

Thanks, guys! I'm considering submitting a few of these to TrashTheDress.com but I'm all nervous because freaking amazing photographers like David Beckstead and Mark Eric and Scarlett Lilian contribute to that site. I'm not sure I'm THAT good, but I guess it won't hurt me to submit and get rejected! Ha ha!!

I'm really glad you guys like these, though. I tried some technically weird things with this shoot (everything was shot at ISO 100, which means it was super not-sensitive to light, which helped isolate the dress and make it glow a bit against the darker backgrounds. And of course I enhanced the luminosity in PS, tee hee). I'm happy with the results, but I'm glad that others like them, too. It means I'm on the right track! :)
