First wedding of the year was this past Saturday. It went extra-swimmingly. The weather was pretty nasty (although not as bad as was forecast) and due to weather fears, the bride shuffled the schedule around quite a lot at the last minute, which didn't leave me with enough time to get some of the shots I wanted to get (such as all the girls ( Read more... )

Yay, Golden Gardens (...right?)! I'm looking forward to another season of your awesome slideshows. But I must say, the poor bride looked absolutely TERRIFIED in some of those pre-ceremony shots. Or is that just her natural state? Anyway, great pics all around.

And omg barn owls - I love them! Ever since I did a report on them in fourth grade, barn owls have had a special place in my heart. I would LOVE to take pictures of your bird-handling. Hit me up, yo.

She was pretty nervous, but it was hard to get her to look non-terrified even when I knew she wasn't, so it might just be her natural state. :) Yep, it was Golden Gardens. Very nice! That was the first time I've ever shot there. I want to do a TTD session there, so if you're ever up for some more funz before you go to Scotland, let me know.

Yay, barn owls! I'll let you know when I'm handling birdies. I pretty much will only do it on Mondays, which poses a problem. Maybe next time Fergus is out here you guys can come see me, since you'll be off work then.

Thanks! I hope she likes the photos. I tried to get the slideshow up before she left for the Oregon Coast, but I think I missed her by a half an hour or so. :( Bummer.

I figured, since I didn't see her post anything on IB about them. I guess I'll have to wait to gush at her until she gets back and makes her recap, because I really want to tell her how nice she looked!
