Thanks for the welcome! :D Wow, that's really long! I'm one of those people who can't write anything long at all. I hope it turns out how you wish! Brrr, heaters are wonderous this time of year! I've strangely found myself doing that too. The other day I even watched all of Adam and Kris' performances online, wtf?
No worries! :D Glad to have you here. At first I was thinking 3000 words was too much ... now I'm thinking it's not enough! D: Thank you for the well-wishes. =] Dude, tell me about it. Heaters and doonas and warm clothing! 8D Oh thank god, I'm not the only one then. It's just so weird, isn't it? I still need to get around to watching their performances, so far I've just been reading stuff.
If you'd like an objective eye I could look at your piece for you. I was the editor of my campus newspaper a couple semesters and love editing. I can get pieces down to word-count by primarily condensing language and not removing content. I could make some suggestions and if you don't like them you don't have to use them.
Oh, wow, that's so cool! Seriously, if you don't have a problem with reading my shonky writing/plots, then I would very much appreciate your help. :3 Thank you for the offer! Would it be easier to email/PM the original to you, or just make a post on here?
I have a feeling I'm going to miss the heat once it actually gets cold ... exactly how hot is it over there?
I'm not sure about the temperature, as I don't ever check. I just moved in March and the new apartment has AC and I keep it at 72 degrees 24/7! I'm usually a homebody, but I've gone out a lot these past couple weeks and it went from uncomfortably hot to miserably hot Thursday. And it's kind of ironic, because I went to Conan's test shows both Thursday and Friday and on Thursday I was stuck standing in the direct sun, but yesterday it was cooler and we stood in the shade, but I got sunburned! Since we arrived super early (we were the second group in line) we did have to sit outside the gate for a while and it was quite sunny there, so that's probably where I got burned.
I just looked it up and it's supposed to be in the 70s today and in the upcoming week :D I'd still prefer cooler (or, ideally, rain!) but I'll take it.
Thank you so much for the offer. =] If you don't mind reading through my shoddy writing, I'd definitely like to hear your thoughts on it. Would it be easier to email/PM the original to you, or just make a post on here?
Hahah, and it's not even winter yet! *snuggles in the blankets and warm thoughts* Thank you. :3
I'm only just starting the myth creative piece now. xD Dude, something similar to a Sam/Dean fic would actually be pretty awesome for the myths piece. You'll be fine. (Y)
Well, Francesca said at one point that it could be thirty above, or thirty below the 3000. But if I hand it in at 3030 and she marks me down, I'll pitch a fit. I might re-ask her on Tuesday, or email her, just to be safe. :S

I wouldn't mind reading it, if you need more people to take a look at it.
