i agree. Alternative used to be about wearing what you liked, listening to what u liked without caring about fashion. we wern't making a statement, but we wanted to be different from from those burberry-poncho followers with the denim skirts and the eskimo boots - ARGH!!! I HATE ESKIMO BOOTS, not bc they're eskimo boots but bc EVERYONE owns a pair and think it's cool! but some twat decided that "Alternative", "Emo" and "Sweaty" is "in this autumn", and i swear, some girl came up to my bro in TJs and actually said that!!! OMG!!! why don't ppl understand that it doesn't matter if u have a different tastes in clothes or music bc that's what makes u human. choice. and decent ppl will respect u for being different, and admire you. other dim-witted little fu(ks will say "omg, look at what she/he's wearing, that is just like, huh, so lame". it's like those two girls we see around colelge. we don't necasarrily want to dress like them but holy cow i admire them for choosing to be different and having the courage to think "well up yours" to

There is no such thing as individuality anymore, you can be yourself and that`s about it peer pressure about the tracksuit, if you were so strong and individual why would you give a damn? Am I a 'Scenesters'? I listen to Taking Back Sunday, Finch all of those bands, you can`t be individual by the music you listen to, a band must have an audience, even if it`s just themselves. You may hate the idea but you are one of the followers. I will say it again, there is no such thing as individuality!

if you really believe that there is nno such thing as individuality (and more than the way you dress or music you listen to) than i genuinly feel sorry for you. i said not ot read it if you were going to take offence. I can't believe you genuinly feel that! where's the sexy-uncynical baz that used to grope me inapropriatly! We want her back.

I didn`t take offence to it, it amused me, but you have to respect my views, it`s hard to be individual, there may not be many people like you, but other people might have some of your qualities. I don`t want/need your pity. I respect your view and I wanted to give mine. By the way I`m not sexy, and I will continue to grope you, if thats ok?
