yesterday, my knee, for some unexplained reason, started to hurt and swell. i was going to work out as i haven't done that in a while, but couldn't. this morning, my knee was swollen up like a balloon and i could barely walk (or even hobble) around. i don't know what i did to it. this presented a problem as i had a guy from the local newspaper

i have been working so hard on the creature, straining my poor eyes so long into the night that i woke up this morning (after only a half hour of sleep)with pink eye...in both eyes!

although it doesn't quite balance out, it's not too bad, i guess.
