so, i've started entering this giant stack of information my father collected into my family tree program [luckily he has documented 90% of it]. someone was trying to save paper, so they minimized the font - it's tiny. CRAZY tiny.  my head is swimming from the squinting

seriously !! but really, my dad passed away over a year ago. around that same time, we started dealing with my mother moving into the dementia unit at her nursing home and cleaning out their home to sell. i've had boxes of research in my home for that long. most recently [thanksgiving], i've brought more photos, wedding/baby/graduation announcements, obituaries, newspaper clippings back with me. they're filling the house. and i need the space.

so, into the computer it goes. i'm sure that once i get it entered and scanned, the organization will be easier and i'll get my sewing space back ;)

I'm 23, from Boston, MA. I just graduated with a communications/journalism degree and have no guidance with what to do with my life. Haha, the daunting task of sifting through opportunities scares the crap out of me, but hopefully I'll tackle it soon.

I live right outside the city with two roommates in a big old house. Writing is my heart and Spain is my soul. I love to travel and meet new people. People's stories fascinate me. I hate to cook, love to eat, and wish I was more daring, even though my friends claim I'm the craziest. I have a boyfriend from England who's a pumpkin, and...I hate cottonballs.
