I feel like probably everyone goes through a period when they think they have diagnosable mental problems...right?

Yeah, everyone I know, anyway. Go online and talk to me about it, or call me, or something, I think by this point I've got a good handle on what does and doesn't qualify as a diagnosable mental problem.

Yes, I can agree to that. I just recently thought I had synesthesia, but now actually it sounds like I don't have it, but something else weird entirely. Mental problems can just be labels on perpectives.

Hell, with the kind of things they're diagnosing nowadays, everyone's probably gone through a period where they DID have "diagnosable mental problems." Hardly ever anything wrong with that.

As long as you go to a psychiatrist, you will! It's one of the easiest ways to score drugs.

Not really kidding, either.

Yeah, the feeling crazy stuff? That's just being alive and intelligent. Sometimes ignorance is bliss, and having a mind simply means that it's more difficult to find your way out of all the nonsense it will think sometimes.
