I'm Done Wrestling

Oct 27, 2006 21:04

You know, I was going to wait until after N.E.W. Criminal Intent on November 11th to post this, but I decided to say screw it and post this now, since I know people will be asking about this. Tonight, I got the results of my MRI for my leg pain, and they weren't that great. With that being said, let me get into the details of it ( Read more... )

sorry to hear about your injury. hopefully it's the best case scenario and you'll be able to wrestle again after resting for a bit. Either way, hang in there!

I'm trying to hang in there, nothing too much I can do at this point but wait. The best thing is even with the problems I am still walking and doing stuff normally, which I hope is a good sign that this isn't too bad. But thanks for the kind words.

I am sorry you're hurt and I hope you get all the medical care that you need. You've always been a nice guy to me and (for lack of a better phrase) a very willing bump monkey when I've been training and needed to practice high-impact moves like spinning heel kicks & dropkicks. I'm always going to appreciate that "go get 'em" nature of yours and how you're really a kind guy. Take some time off and get healed up. Have them use you in some non-combat roles - as a manager training a new team or comissioner or just a talent. Take a break!

Thanks for the comment.

I have always had fun working with you, and the other smaller guys. Yes, I was more then willing to take moves and be a test dummy for you guys when it came to moves, because when the time came for a match atleast you guys were able to pull off that stuff and show what you can do, and in return you would pretty much die for me, lol.

As far as a non-combatant role, I have been thinking of it. I was thinking of trying commentary if needed, since I have the knowledge of what's going on and whatnot. We shall see though.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I have heard many good things about you as one of the number one fans, and it sucks I haven't been able to perform in front of you live. I know you frequent Upstate shows and I was hoping with N.E.W. and Upstate running the same weekend in December maybe you would be able to make it up here for both shows and then I could, but looks like I can't right now.

But one day, hopefully, I will get the chance.

Thanks for the words.

That does suck bro. Is the person who used to take you to Rochester the same person who took Mollon? If not, talk with Mollon and whatnot, I am sure some sort of ride agreement could be worked out. And even if you can't stay for the whole weekend, I am sure you could catch a ride with somebody who will be wrestling for us in December that lives in Buffalo, that is what Mollon did for this last show.

Thanks buddy, it means a lot. We have had many great times both backstage and in the ring when working together. It is always a blast when you are around and hopefully we can mix it up in the ring in the future. It would definately be a great time.

I know you were pulling for it, as was I, and I know it will happen. As I have stated before in other places, I while this is serious, I don't think it is as serious as the doctor made it seem, seeing as I am still up and about doing my thing, instead of down in pain. We will just have to wait and see, and we will talk more in Elmira in two weeks.
