Now I'm just going to sit here and patiently wait for the Thor/Charles sequel, which is totally not my usual OTP, but who I need now more then breathing, even if it's just you and me writing/reading/loving it...

It was my pleasure to beta this---ANY TIME you need a beta, feel free to message me!!!!

Wow, I'm kind of speechless and emotionally drained and feel slightly weak, funnily. I hurt so much for Charles in the first two chapters, and then I kind of hurt for Raven and Erik at all the regrets they must have, but on the other hand I was so furiuos with them that I never for a second thought they deserved otherwise. What I absolutely loved was the Avengers and how they all acted around Charles and how protective they were. Especially Thor's and Tony's characterisations were brilliant. I still ache for Charles and for the warmth and trust and light-heartedness he's lost, but I really think he's in the very best hands.

Awesome, awesome job you did with this.

This fic hurt so much to read (In a really wonderful way). You've done an incredible job capturing the horror / numbness of an assault victim in Charles, and I really enjoyed seeing his new family's support. Awesome!

BTW - please see above begging and flailing for Thor/Charles sequel. Thank you. LOL

So this kinda made me cry. Just because this shit happens so often in real life, and too rarely do the survivors of sexual assault have families - biological or chosen ones - to take care of them like the Avengers did of Charles.
