I've read Stranger in a Strange Land several times. Each time, I'm amazed at the imagination Heinlein displayed while writing. Several years ago (I don't remember exactly and I'm too lazy to get my butt upstairs to look since I hauled it down here to type)the unabridged edition came out. With grow lights on the ceiling, I don't see why you couldn't have grass carpets now. And I'd like an automated kitchen too.

Yep. I am. It seems to be one of those every 3-4 year things. :)
Besides, I'm out of new books and I'm not allowing myself to buy any until after Christmas.

SISL is one of my two most favorite books, it and Dune were such huge factors in my teen years.
