I have an assignment that is due tomorrow 2/3 and I could really use your input. I think I've made it so the answers are confidential and I promise not to tell anyone...
Be sure to add not only what he should do - but why...why is very important.

There is not enough information in this problem (there usually isn't) to give a standard Yes or No. And since things in this life are rarely if ever black and white. "yes" or "no" doesn't cover it.
The first "moral" issue here for me would be, "Is human life worth more than profit?"
But with that said, why does the druggest need the money? Will he lose his home or a family member? Does he have to spend money that he doesn't have to manufacture it, or does he have it on hand?
Does the man have a portion of the payment? Has he appraoched the pharmacist asking if he'll take payments? Has he offered to barter? Has he asked the community for help?
Does he have children? If he goes to jail do the children go hungry and die, meaning that it's a choice of one life or four?
Personally, I think these type of questions, asking for a yes or no are bullshit.
Your milage may vary
