From 11-11:50 I took a psych exam covering 3 chapters. This is exam is 25% of my grade for the semester (no stress there!)...at 12:00 I began a test for math. Two hours...two hours later - there were still 2 unanswered questions. We did not go over at least 2 types of problems in class at all, yet they were on the test. As some of you know, my father's youngest brother has suffered from emphasema for years. His battle finally ended yesterday evening when he passed on. The Bug did it...I have been trying to get her to learn to ride a tricycle, bicycle, unicycle, any kind of cycle for oh...at least 2 years now. She just does not multi task well, and the concept of peddling and steering were just too foreign, she couldn't do it. They have mentioned the M word (medication), and also advised me that her attention problem would be addressed on every progress report, IEP, etc. from now on. Yep...I did it! You should all be very proud of me. I managed to get a perfect score and the comment "Wow" from my math professor on my last math test. Now, granted it was a short section - only 6 questions, and it dealt with substitution, elimination, and graphing of 2 or 3 part variable equations...but it was worth 1800 points! WHOOHOOO. I received my absentee ballot in the mail the other day, and I have sat down and voted. Signed and sealed the envelope, stamped it, and it's ready to mail.
