Getting a new roof put on my house. Well, not a completely new roof, but getting new shingles put on. Costing me $3000. Over the next year or so, I'm going to be working on getting all these things fixed up on the house to make it presentable for resale. There's hardwood floors through the entire house. Thinking of ripping up all the carpet
