I got me some funding!! It's not a whole lot, but it's from my department, which has over 100 grad students, so competition is rough. Plus, it is extra nice to get a little show of support from the people I need to impress the most right now.

Oh and BTW. I know you already had one Thanksgiving, but that was last month and I'm sure the turkey has faded a bit from your memory. Want to have another, at my place, closer to Thanksgiving? I work on Thanksgiving day, but maybe that weekend might work out.

I was hoping for a Thanksgiving in ABQ this year--we can all have big slumber party at George's!

I'd like that - can we have Friendsgiving on a weekend, maybe before or after Thanksgiving proper? And I think I'd have to fly, if that's okay.
