 ironically, what I need is someone to come up with an eating plan for me so that I eat more and gain weight (or at least stop losing it). I need to consume a lot more calories than I am - but still without sugars or additives.

The disadvantage to being paid to go to EMT school is that I don't get to pick my clinical times. For the past five Sundays I've been either in the ER for eight hours, or on an ambulance for twelve (supposedly - I got stuck on a call and actually didn't get to leave until it had been fourteen hours).
