Since my sleeping pattern is all different sorts of messed up. To kill some time I decided to do some tattoo research. I know I want more then one tattoo, but not anything too big. I know that I couldn't pull off sleeves or anything too colorful I'm still very interested in getting one. So I've been thinking about a few different smaller tattoos ( Read more... )

i got stars on my feet as my first tattoo. it hurt, a lot. then i got more work done on my feet. WORST PAIN EVER. i like the peace sign idea. i think it would be cute if you got a peace sign behind one ear and a heart behind the other. :]

Ohh I like that with the heart and peace sign. I know i've heard anything on the feet is painful. Pretty much all the places I've chosen are the most painful. Oh well!

I know that I can't handle a lot of color. These big elaborte tattoos I know wouldn't look good on me. So I really want to keep it simple.
I've started to like the inner lip tattoos more and more, I'm pretty sure that it'd be so painful. I think i'd get text if I got somthing on the inside of my lip.

I like the colourful onces but I think in the long run I'd prefer a black and white one, but not one with lots of tone and shading. Simple lineart is good for me.
The closer a tattoo is to the bone the more painful it is, so while it WOULD be painful I suppose it could be much worse.

Yea, I think black is just more practical. It'll always look good.

Well aren't their a lot of nerves in the lip? I think that would make it more painful, but what do I know. Plus, you'd be tasting ink for probably a week.

I think if I got the blackbrid tattoo I'd have it behind my neck, with a tiny bird under the text.

I like the peace sign idea, and the Beatles-inspired one as well.
Guess which Beatles song I'd be using as inspiration if I got a tat? (Hint: Look at my LJ! :D) I'd like to, but I want to really think it through first.
Getting a tattoo on your wrist would be really painful, though!

The peace sign has been one that I've known that I always wanted to do. That' what I want to do for my 18th birthday.
Hrmm, random guess completely but possibly Strawberry Fields Forever ;D
I know, all the places that I want tattoos happen to be the most painful places to get. Strange how things work out that way.

I know I want the peace sign, next will probably be the stars on my feet. I really want to think the one on my wrist through. So I have a feeling that that'll be in my 20s.
