We're going from
to
in four easy steps. Includes Curves and Selective Coloring.

1) Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves

Press Auto before anything else.

RGB: Input: 115
Output: 160
Red/Green/Blue: Input: 100
Output: 100

2) Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation

Saturation: +25 (Depends on your image. Please increase the saturation responsibly. You don't want to end up with a grainy image)

3) Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color

Reds: Cyan: -40
Yellow: +30
Black: +20
Yellows: Cyan: +40
Yellow: -50
Black: +20
Neutrals: Cyan: +10
Magenta: +5
Yellow: -10
Black: -10

4) Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast

Brightness: +10

Contrast: +5

And you're done! If your picture became too bright because of the curves layer, you can add 10 little by little to both the input and the output to your heart's content or just modify the brightness and contrast.
