This was fantastic.

I loved how Tommy stood up to his bully of a father. I so wanted them to take Linda and Bernadette with them out of that hellhole. It was heartening though to see Adam's conviction when he promised Tommy they'd get her and the baby out and that he was already thinking about having Leila help him find a safe place for them.

It took Adam long enough to finally admit his feelings to Tommy, but at least now he won't need that slap-upside-the-head he's been so richly deserving for a while now.

I love epilogues! I really really do. Can't wait till tomorrow.

Like Tommy, Linda needs to make her own decision. It's hard to wait for that, but Adam and Tommy both know it's the right thing to do. As far as I'm concerned (as the author), she makes that decision in the not-so-distant future, now that she realizes there are people to help her do it.

I'm now a big puddle of goo! That was such an amazing chapter!

Seeing Tommy's strength in standing up to his father and telling Adam that he loves him killed me in the best possible way. This is such a special story.

I had my fingers crossed about there being an epilogue. Yippee!

Oh I loved this story, that was a gorgeous ending, but yaaayy for an epilogue. I'm going to miss this. Thank you for posting such a great story.
