you never know... you'd think he'd make 110k profit, but w/home equity loans, he may be over even that and that's why he's holding out!
good luck. you'll find something and i bet it'll be worth the wait! we found our house and put an offer on it the same day it was first listed... had a pending offer on another home after a counter offer by the owners for a ridiculous amt/reason. i am so glad we didn't get that other house!

Hey, I totally know what you're going through.. I had to offer on six houses before I was finally accepted on the 7th, and in order to get that one I had to borrow significant cash from my folks.

Keep on trucking..it will eventually happen.
