This past weekend, my fiancée and I went to one of Japan's famous outlet malls: the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We had planned to go some time ago, but dreadfully windy weather (which caused the trains to stop running for a while) postponed those plans

How windy was it? My understanding was that the people who run the trains in Japan were fanatical about their schedules.
