Many of my friends tell me that I need to focus more on myself and not help my other friends with their problems because they will always have problems. I just find this, especially from their point of view, to not be following what they believe at all. And honestly, I have my own strange beliefs but I don't think you should tell anyone to go against something that you yourself believe. It isn't quite hypocritical, but it's borderlining on wanting someone else to do something you think is wrong. I know they are just worried about me, though. Which is ok.

Heh. Those are weird Christians. We're supposed to put others before ourselves! Even though keeping healthy is quite important, when one keeps on loving others despite, it shows something about their character.
