To change properly you need look at the things about you, you disslike the most and see how you can change those, its the small things that can make a big difference.......
I have done it, it worked for me, simply detach your self from the things that make you feel the way you do. Ignor things they will get the message and go away, even if its in a manner you don't like, take a breath if you don't like it, go see someone who is nothing to do with what they are doing! But as long as you can stand back, look at a situation and shrug it off instead of taking things so personally you will be able to control your self more, and shape your life into what you, and only you want!!!

Woody is a great person with a heart of gold, thats the type of person you have as a close friend.
Anyone else is just an aquaintance, these people should be treated as entertainment. Ignore criticism, accept compliments, but overall dont let them affect who you are.
