Brad Renfro, I'm afraid I will never get over this.

You are not alone...

Geez. Just reading lines from that movie can make me cry. I need to find it and watch it and hope I don't sob myself into a coma.

I had totally forgotten about that part of the movie until I went poking around. I remember crying my eyes out during that film, and man, it's hard not to now. The past two weeks have been mighty strange, with deaths and all. His and Heath Ledger's. I think those felt like really bad blows to the heart. And people can think I'm lame or whatever, but boths deaths have been a little rough and shocking. Brad's, probably not so much since this was the road he was far down, but Heath's just because it was unexpected.

I forgot about that part of the movie until you posted it. The Cure is seriously the only movie that has succeeded in making me cry. I sat all alone watching it and just sobbing.

If people think you're lame, then they think I'm lame too. I loved Brad and Heath. I can say Brad's death wasn't quite as shocking, but they announced Heath's death on my local news and my mouth dropped open. I sat there noticeably shocked for quite some time. My sister and I had just decided a few days earlier that we felt a need to have a Heath Ledger movie marathon. I haven't cried... But my sister did. And she yelled at the TV because ABC news had just said there was no drug residue on the rolled up $20 bill in his room and then Entertainment Tonight came on and said "$100 bill found with drug residue on it." I had to come in and change the channel because she was just sitting there yelling at the TV.

With all the news and "news" about his death, I'm just going to wait it out now until ALL of the facts come out, instead of speculation. Because all of this is just cringe-worthy. It's disrespectful to his legacy, and his family.

And with the sky currently falling with all this horrible rain, I might just have a Heath and/or Brad marathon, too.
