Legend of Korra fanfic - Favors
This is what my brain poops out when it tries to avoid essays while on a fandom kick. I'll do a proper journal entry later, but not now when I should be focusing on my work. I've already spent my entire evening reading Tahnorra fanfics. I can't waste any more time. FOCUS!

When Korra ran into Tahno at the police station, to say she was surprised was an understatement. She was on her way to talk to Chief Bei Fong about their next course of action and when she had left the island this morning, she had never dreamed of seeing him of all people.
Now that she was, she drank him in. Unkempt and hollow-eyed, he was a shadow of the man she once knew and for a brief second, she missed the irksome haughtiness he once carried. A small hope that it would return hovered in her mind, but she dismissed it entirely. Here was a man who lost everything. Even if he did get his bending back, he would never be the same.
“You gotta get him for me,” Tahno said holding her gaze, and Korra had to stop herself from snorting. He didn’t need to tell her that. She was going after Amon already.
But she would hit that scumbag a bit harder, just for him.
