wow my brother's going into the military and im kinda pissed off at the fact the grandma just thinks the military is just goin' to fix everything, make up for the lost time i called my brother and am kinda worried about what he's gonna be doing. oh well there's not much i can do about anything. all i can do is pray to god that nothing bad happens

Since he gave you nothing for christmas it would be a way of showing you are bigger than this, but still - not a fool.
About your bro, do not worry. I myself have been on the military, 2 yeaars on the special operations (ask him what it is) which is one of the toughest stuff there is on the military, and it made me good and I learned a lot.
+ He's going to earn some good cash at it, and a nice uniform as well. 8)
