Had dinner with friends tonight, got back home near 4 am (yay for long weekends!) and we spent over three bours, possible over four, discussing Our Perfect World Trip. Basically, we'd go everywhere.

* High priority (No 1) to Europe, especially the Mediterranean sea.
* We're curious about Dubai but we're not extremely interested in it.
* Chile, South

And I believe that by "strategic stops in Spain" you mean, meeting me in Barcelona so I can join your trip and show you around all of the beautiful places in Europe I've already been, don't you? ;)
