This was pretty much my ideal "least unbearably sad" outcome (preferable to Amy & Rory being split up or anyone dying), and I was still sobbing like a baby at the end. I just... no words.
I watched this episode with Xavi. And I'm really glad about three things:
1. That he is a huge Whovian (as I am). 2. That he loves the Ponds as much as I do. 3. That he was there to hold me while I was sobbing and hiding my teary face in my hands, without judging me, even for a second.
He knows how I feel about the Ponds, especially about Rory. He knows how important Rory and the relationship he has with Amy, is to me. He knows how I love the way he treats her and trusts her and let's her be herself anf let's her have her space, everytime she needs him to, everytime she wants him to. And how she loves him in return.
I love the Ponds. I will always love them. And miss them. Especially Rory and what he means to me (that you can have an extraordinary life full of adventures and share it with your ordinary love, because your love is so extraordinary that even having an ordinary life becomes wonderful).
