I am officially unemployed. My last day with FEMA was September 30th and it's been nothing but headaches ever since. My boss didn't even have the nerve to call me and wish me good luck, etc. Not that I was expecting much from him (that's the type of guy he is)and I do understand that he was on a business trip, but come on. Sorry to hear the job process isn't going as smoothly as you might like, but it sounds like you're keeping it in perspective and doing well overall.
