I had to take the day off on Friday to take my last (hopefully) glucose tolerance test. A normal test during pregnancy, but since I already have a border line condition...they've tested me several times. Usually they wait until 26 weeks or so. Things on the job situation are not any better. I'm looking at the unemployment line come September 30th. There is still no word on the transfer, which is so frustrating. I had some time to rest this weekend and it made a world of difference. Ok, there's still nothing I can do about the job situation, but at least I had time to get the house in some order. This past weekend was my godson's Christening. This was literally a weekend long event. We spent all day Saturday cooking, setting up, and getting ready. Back to work today...unfortunately. Our vacation to Seattle was nice. It's a very interesting city and the history behind it is quite amazing. It seems the original settlers to the area were not what I would consider the brightest crayons in the box.
