Heh, just got off the phone with one of my classmates.. it was weird cuz i was somehow persuaded to make a web page for her grade in clubs... damn it, i don't want to but i guess i gave her my word.. anyways, heh heh, i found out that one of my other classmates has a crush on that classmate who called, mwar har har.. strange indeed.. feh.. stupid

Ahh...frog dissection. The joys of Zoology 1. I miss those days! The time I hated most was when we had to dissect sedated frogs cuz ours would squirm and look at me (of course, I was just imagining that) accusingly.

Got an 83, huh? Well, sometimes you just don't get the grade you think you deserve so I suggest you talk it out with your prof and maybe you'll get some explanations. Or justifications.

yup, we had to dissect the frogs alive... the only thing that kept them from moving was this drug on a cotton ball and pins.. it was deeply disturbing *shudders*

when we heard about the score, everyone got really pissed and started saying that we should of at least gotten 3rd place out of the 10 sections in our batch.. but oh well, our teachers decided to give us an 87, which was pretty high.. so its all cool :)

Good for you, then! At least an 87 is better than an 83 anywhere.

I remember in sophomore year in HS, we had to dissect un-sedated frogs. It was a mess! Frogs hopping everywhere in the biolab and I can't even grab mine. Eventually, the teacher got pissed after the third time I asked her to pick mine up so she put it in a jar. It was so embarassing.

Really? lol, i'm a sophie and yup, it sounds exactly the same the way you were describing your dissecting time as ours. Except the girls in my school really over react... there were like 5+ girls who started crying when they were dissecting the frog, not cuz they felt sorry for it, but cuz they were scared of it... gah.. it was really annoying..

You guys didn't sedatives? Damn.. that must've sucked.. Our teacher made us sedate our frogs and paralyze it which is pretty much, disgusting (imagine taking a very long needle and poking the frog on the back of its head with it, yes, it was very.. disturbing)
