Wah!  So on the 19th, we were able to celebrate Alex's birthday on time.  Even cut the cake before midnight.  Miraculously, despite all of the snow NYC received, his flight was only delayed 1/2 an hour.  The 20th was awesome, when I treated Alex to his birthday present and Nick to his X-Mas present by going to the Capitals vs. Flyers game in

Fur certainly has its uses - it's warm as anything - and I'm completely cool with it when we're talking about using the fur because we're using the whole animal. But when you talk about raising farmloads of tiny inedible animals for the express purpose of making fancy coats that aren't for the purpose of keeping warm... That's wierd and disgusting.

I think I'm just a horrible person who doesn't like to delve into such intricacies. Besides, I never understood people who throw paint at fur to protest--aren't the people who are wearing fur most likely economically stable enough to just buy a new one?

I don't mind designer bags. Heck, I love Timbuk2 bags like no other, but I don't like things (excluding Timbuk2's cute swirly logo) that plaster their designer logo all over their stuff like a security blanket. Besides, I tend to assume most people with LV bags have counterfeit ones to make my life easier.
