MySpace is extreme fail. It is impossible to type in someone's name and find them, even if that name is so unique that they should literally be the only person on there. It is impossible to find said person even when you KNOW that the name you have is the name they are using for MySpace. I just don't get how people actually manage to find other

I agree. I have a myspace, but don't blog there, will add (just about) anyone, and don't use it very often. Livejournal is superior in so many ways, such as having a friends page that lists the posts you want to see, the ability to be a paid member for faster connection and lack of ads, and not having errors half the time.

Yeah I'm hoping the "powered by google" means that they will actually revamp the search engine.

it is hard to find people. it is best to know there e-mail. i've searched for some people on myspace. it takes me forever to find anyone. luckily for me, my friends are connected to other friends who are connected to people from my childhood.
