How fun. I will look up the Xscape building. I think the Chinese are building something similar for the Beijing Olympics.

The cows must be a tempting target. Sitting ducks (as it were). We have a fountain in Edmonds in the main round-about that weekly takes abuse. It was green dye last weekend - usually its soap suds.
