Know what? I vaguely remember when I was a very young kid that you could get chocolate cokes at the diners and lunch counters in NYC. This was back when they all had soda fountains, mixing their own syrups and carbonated water rather than pouring premixed cans or bottles like now. You could get cherry cokes, vanilla cokes, and yes, chocolate cokes. You could also get slices of fresh lemon or lime to squeeze in too.
