This week is a complete blur, and next week is April.

Well, I hope all of you are doing good, despite the COVID apocalypse that's running rampant. I haven't really talked to anyone in two days, so this was fun for me, in a way. Both my jobs are social, and not seeing people that not my dog or CNN kind of bums me out.

*laughs* You've got the new AC? A friend of mine went driving around town last week trying to scrounge up a physical copy to play on lockdown (since his online pre-order got pushed back to like, June). But all the in-store copies were SOLD OUT. Bear in mind, he's a strictly "disc guy" gamer (no digital). But desperate times call for desperate measures, so digital it was. I don't care much for AC personally, so I'm content with chipping away at my enormously offensive backlog until the world comes back online. (Playing The Force Unleashed at present and THAT is a fun game.)

Also, cool hair. (^^)b It really suits your face shape. Me? I'd look awful with a short crop like that. (Your voice totally fits your face by the way. And your freckles [your whole look, actually] are super cute. =^_^=)

All that AC talk is Greek to me. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ Like I said, I'm not and have never been an AC player (I fell/fall into the HM/SoS camp), so I have no idea what's hot and happening within the community. One of my pals still champions the original AC for GCN as the best AC ever made, but again, I can only go by other players' impressions of the game. I had a co-worker once who kept insisting I buy ACNL, that it was one of the greatest 3DS titles ever released, but I'm just not one for "cutesy characters" in my game series, so for me AC has always been a hard pass.

I do lament the loss of 3DS mobile. If ever there was a feature that revolutionized portable gaming, it was StreetPass.

Well, that was more nerdy programmer talk then really Animal Crossing talk (and some *reeeal* old Zelda ( ... )
