1. Having a place to live that is not killing me financially
2. My friend Pooh finaly getting a job. < yeh i know thats not really anything having to do with me but hey it makes my life easer

Well if you are looking for a place hon - I have an extra bedroom I am renting out - 400 a month for everything (basic cable, wireless inet network, elect, renters insurance...) except for phone and food :)
