so apparently europe doesn't believe in toilet seats. i'm going to have to bring one in my luggage, then wear it as a necklace everywhere i go, causing a massive fashion trend that will spread like wild fire and crabs.
France and urinals leave a lot to be desired for privacy thats why I don't go to France. Rome? I have no idea, but I don't think it woudl be the tourist spot it is if it ddnt take into consideration the "euopian Health Act"
