so, blockbuster's been okay. omg, they're going to fire me cuz i wrote a sentence with the word "blockbuster" in it! :X yeah, i bet. but seriously, i don't mind it much. i like checking in movies and putting them away, i like checking to see if any of our missing inventory came back, i don't even mind calling people to let them know they returned a ( Read more... )

I feel the same way about selling things.. I hate that! At Banana Republic you have to have a certain amount of Banana Credit Cards opened per month. Luckily I've made it already for this month, but the pressure still sucks. Especially since I'm new, I feel like I should exceed the expectations to make a good impression or something haha. I'm also the same way - i really don't push it. I ask once and if they don't want it, they just dont. I'm a bad salesperson, haha.

What day are you guys thinking about for Magic Mountain again?

Neeevermindd. I just went back and read your LJ comment again, haha... FOILED! because I don't think the 17th will work for me and Aaron, at least. My mom is graduating from UCLA on the 15th and is having a little party thing with family and friends on the 17th, so I'd feel kind of bad about missing that.

what....??? nooo, that's not fair, i asked you guys like a month ago! ;-; tell your mom to flunk and stay back another year.

hm...now we're thinking of post-poning it. cuz then it would mostly be bryan's family, and that seems un-balanced. @_@ maybe we can arrange to come down again before the summer ends, and probably more like mid-week cuz blockbuster wouldn't like me taking another weekend off...

Lol, I knoww. She didn't really plan the thing out until the last week or so, just a last minute thing. For some reason I kept thinking Magic Mtn was on the Friday, but nope. OY! It sucks, because it would've been fun. If you want to postpone, that's cool. We'll definatly have to do somethingthough.

nyanko's are so cute! :3 i'm not really into characters like this usually (the only other ones i like are tare panda, who is awesome, and chococat...though only because he's a cat), but the more i saw, the more i thought how adorable and funny they were! XD

i love the dessert nyanko's also, but the nugget nyanko are SO cute too! right now i'm gonna start buying one nyanko plush monthly, since they made one for every month. ^^ june's (the one i have right now) is the peach nyanko mousse, he's a little white, pink and peach cake-slice shape! sooo adorable. :D

sometime soon i also hope to get the beer nyanko and rice bowl nyanko! XD they are so awesome!

actually, they disguise themselves as food for fun, which makes them even more lovable and interesting! :DDDD they also pose as household items sometimes, but the food is definitely waaaaay cuter!

what i love most of all is that they have personality. they supposedly ask that they not be eaten if you happen to find them, and they're known to get bored quickly and change costumes often! ^^
