so, i'm in portland, oregon. note that i only use the full name of the state because i'm not sure what the two letter abbreviation is. OR? i would like that, because then i could say, "i went to portland, OR did i just imagine it ( Read more... )

it's gonna be a tiger, on the lower-right side of my back, that much i know (i've been dreaming of this tattoo for a long time, lol). however, i'm still debating the exact details of it, i only have a general idea. i don't want it to be like a realistic portrait of a tiger, i would like to convey that it's a white tiger somehow, and i'm thinking it would be nice if it looked like he was crawling up (as opposed to like, sitting on an imaginary horizon line).

once i figure out who i want my artist to be, i'll talk it out with him since he's the experienced one and hopefully he can suggest some things. ^^

the reason why i want the tiger and the reason why i've always loved them, btw, is because i identify with their character. :]

Oooh a tiger that sounds awesome! Too bad you don't live near Miami and you can go to Miami Ink and get one of the artists down there to do it, like Garver or Nunez. They do awesome work. *nod nod* But then again they're ALL awesome.

Yeah I've been watching that show a little too much - makes me want to get a tattoo but I'd have no idea what to get or where to put it. ^^;

Wow that's awesome you're gonna get a tattoo, MOI! You must show it to us when you do get it! ^___^ And doesn't it feel great working out?! :D The more you do it, the less you feel all sluggish and stuff too, hee hee ^^

no, it sucks, i hate working out. x_x;; i do feel good about finding a way to do it anyway, but i still don't like exercising (as in, pure exercise as opposed to accidentally exercising by doing things like dancing).

oregon is fine. ^^ there's a heat wave going through, so i've been trying to stay indoors and haven't seen too much, but it seems fine. this city is obsessed with roses though (they're the rose city, or something?). they've got roses on their street signs, roses on their manhole covers, buildings with "rose" in their name every where, etc. they have a nice mall, though, it has lots of pretty fountains. ^^ even a nice one in the food court! and the public transportation is really good here. they have a tram/train thing that's free!! and buses and other trains every where.

but i think that's all i've been able to find out about oregon. i'm leaving tomorrow morning, early (too early x_x).

Ahhh "the tattoo" stuff. I remember discussing that with you in Austin. Does this mean you're coming to next SXSW again? :) I am bringing my girlfriend along, will be an amazng experience to share. I hope I can convince her to goto a few panels atleast :)
