Day Whatever of THE DIET.

I have been eating right for how long now? I don't even know if I've lost weight because I'm not seeing results. So we'll just intensify it. Special K twice a day and one healthy and sensible meal. Running...yeah running. Started that yesterday. Sore but determined. Fucking bring it.

i hear its actually about the combination of food and not the amount that helps you lose weight. perhaps you should read up on that. depriving yourself like this actually ends up being unhealthy b/c you are not eating correctly 3 times a day which means that when you DO eat, it stores it as fat intead of taking what it needs and burning the rest. please take care :)

yeah, a agree with ashley... it's actually better that you snack a little through the day. little 100 cal. snacks between meals like a couple of fig newtons or an apple or something can keep you going and feeling satisfied so that you don't feel hungry enough to break your diet. Also, the special K thing is only supposed to work with 1/2 cup of skim milk... just in case you didn't know. I also am trying the dieting thing... try this link, they've got plenty of helpful healthy suggestions.

Thanks Lovelies...yep. I've researched too. I eat a piece of fruit during the day if I get hungry. I also use only the alotted amount of skim milk. I'm pretty sure this'll work though.
