Because of the way the copyright laws work, I have the right to first refusal of someone who wants to record my song. After that, I don't have any control over it.
But what it *does* mean is that I can't broadcast my own stuff of sell it in any way, just distribute it until someone decides to buy it. Once they decide to buy it, then it's more of an open license and I can do whatever I want with the songs.
But I might be convinced to send you a copy via snail mail...
