T^T my wall was not greatly received at AnimePaper.. *sits in the corner of gloom* it seems like it was to messy and shiny ;;>.>.. some ppl have no tates lol (<-- and some ppl need a lower selfsteem)... oh well at least some ppl liked it ... but in frustration i made a second one ^^;;.. following the advices of some not very nice AP people..

i'd like to say first - sorry if i'm being too harsh

if you're sending this wall to AP, they won't accept it either ^^;;;
rejection will probably be along the lines of... the scan needs to be cleaned up (it's too grainy and the colors aren't vibrant), extraction could be better at places, and the background is not well-thought-out

you can make a background for it... like place it in a room, or if you want to go abstract, you can make some changes to the scan and make an abstract background for it (personally, i wouldn't do the hearts background... it looks too busy and distracting ^^;;)

there are various techniques for cleaning up a scan~ ^^

don't get discouraged, luna-chan ^^ people at AP can be kinda harsh since there's a high level of standard there ^^;; post it at session zero first, and ppl will help you out
now you know the reason why i never finished the 5 or 6 walls i started a long time ago XD it really takes a long time to make a great wall/acceptable wall, especially if you're lacking in experience

nah I'm not so innocent as to believe my attempt #2 was up to AP standars either.. and i am submitting them to Session Zero.. not the main gallery..
and though i was unhappy and whining like because of the critique.. I was because someone said (referring to attempt #1) that i should choose 1 scan instead of putting small pics and eliminate the text =/ ... and that for me is making a whole new one..

Oh well if i never achieve to make an AP wall at least I'll have lj backgrounds for eternity xDD

Woah! Je l'aime beaucoup, luna-chan!! Je ne peux jamais faire un wallpaper comme ca... @_@;; J'ai aucun d'habileté avec photoshop et les programes comme ca... x__X;; Mais selon-moi, cette wallpaper est mieux que certains que j'ai vu à AP.. o.O;

Je pense le fond est bien comme ca... Je l'aime, et je pense c'est un "matter of taste"?? xD mais peutetre c'est mieux si tu peux le "fade" un peu... =/?

et oui il y a deux *________*.. et n'est pas nescesairement de spoilers .. as-tu vue le anime? ou lue le manga? ca apparait mencione a commencement.. -kinda- mais c'est vrai que l'histore de quoi s'est passe s'a deroule recentement ...

J'ai photoshop puisque beaucoup d'annees mais je ne sais pas vraiment comment utiliser comme meme.. @_@;;;

I really love this one. The colors are calm and somehow you can always match them together *pokes wifey* Hmm...Maybe you should add more text to make it more pretty? :D
Why don't you post it on some trc community to get more opinions?
