My high school reunion was organized 100% on facebook. No joke. If you didn't have one you just wouldn't have known about it (though in retrospect that might not have been such a bad thing).

I still read. I don't post because I have the same problem you have, plus 99% of my friends are on Ravelry and I talk to all of them over there all day. And sometimes night.
