This is the kind of day where I need someone to hit me with the Stupid Stick.

Allergies are the bane of my existence.

I spent most of the day sprawled in bed because every time I go upright things start spinning. I'd think I was still drunk except that I stopped drinking more than 24 hours ago and I've had no hangover headache, just immense sinus ( Read more... )

I LOVE my neti pot. Could not function without it. I don't love the way it feels to use it sometimes, but it is SO HELPFUL.

Although I don't think I'd call it a nosedouche either. HA.

I have a love/hate relationship with my neti pot. I have a deviated septum, so it takes almost three times as long for my sinuses to drain on one side. The membranes get reallllllly sensitive during that extra time, yeowch. But then the pressure is mostly gone and it's miraculous!

Oh, wow, yeah, I can see that being a problem. I just get really really stuffy. That's no fun either.
