So today was my first attempt at making homemade applesauce. It turned out well, I used a mix of Golden Delicious, Gala, Crispin and Granny Smith. (I think the Crispin was in a bit worse shape than I'd thought, but all in all, a decent batch) I think next time I'll stick with a Golden Delicious and Gala mix, maybe throw in a Honeycrisp or two.
